Paper Submission

Authors are cordially invited to electronically submit their papers in English, adhering to the publisher’s format (That will be updated after getting approval from the publisher), with a length of 12 to 13 pages. Submissions should encompass unpublished research findings or inventive practical applications, ensuring the novelty of the work and its non-submission elsewhere. All submissions are to be made electronically, and the submitted papers will undergo a thorough peer-review process for potential inclusion in the conference proceedings. The proceedings are anticipated to be published by some reputed publisher in its Scopus Indexed Proceedings.

Anonymous Submissions (Double Blind Review)

We seek the anonymous submissions with authors’ identities concealed throughout the paper. Names, addresses and affiliations should be omitted to ensure non-identification. Any references to related work should be in the third person. This particular approach is to ensure an unbiased initial judgment for PC members and external reviewers. The intention is not to prevent the discovery of authors but to allow an unbiased assessment during the entire review process.

The conference’s double-blind review process is designed to mitigate bias. However, measures taken to ensure anonymity should not compromise the quality of submissions or burden reviewers unnecessarily. Specifically, it is suggested that vital references must not be omitted or anonymized.

Authors with additional inquiries regarding the double-blind review process are encouraged to contact the Conveners or the Program Committee members via email.

Each paper will be reviewed by three reviewers of the concerned field based on double blind review process

Format for paper preparation

This will be updated soon as per the publisher’s specific format. Presently we are under the process of taking approval from the publisher.

Paper Presentation

Upon acceptance of the paper after due review process, at least one of the authors of each accepted paper must present the paper in person at the conference (physical/online mode) after registering for the conference.
